Being dedicated to delineating the principles behind Gosevā, the book first establishes a firm link between Kṛṣṇa, His associates and Go. The author then proceeds to explain Gosevā in the context of the Highest Dharma (characterized by morality, discipline and duty) and the Highest Devotion, stressing at the same time the importance of ekatā (unity) and anukūlatā (acting favourably).
Next, prayers to Go and benefits of Gosevā are described and a need for protecting Go is emphasized, with Śrī Haridās Nivās used as an example of ideal Go protection and care.
The book ends with a short questions-and-answers section where basic tenets are nicely summed up and some new information is added. There is also an appendix with Sanskrit verses (and their translations) which have been used in the book.
